Email, DM and TOV
When HSBC’s ‘We are not an Island’ campaign went ATL, we were tasked with bringing the new brand positioning to life in digital and CRM. I was the lead writer on the project, capturing the new TOV to write manifestos and develop a creative platform for three key products to use throughout the year in DM and email. Our client liked the work so much they asked us to do the same for other products.
